Where can I buy GMG products?
GMG supplies products to local cycle shops via wholesalers. In the Netherlands, you can also buy our products at Halfords, Bike Totaal and Profile, among others.
Accessories can be ordered and purchased from these sales outlets.
Where can I get documentation?
Clear installation instructions are supplied with every product. Other technical documentation is available from your cycle shop or directly from GMG.
Do the seats comply with safety requirements?
All GMG child cycle seats comply with the most stringent European standards and have been certified by the Dutch TNO institute for applied sciences research in accordance with NEN 14344. An exception to this is the 6+ rear seats (Item no. 911), for which there are no national or international standards yet. This range does meet the minimum safety and quality requirements that you expect from GMG products.
How do I get a matching cycle bag?
Fastrider supplies easily detachable cycle bags matching the seat pattern. For Fastrider sales outlets see www.fastrider.nl or ask your local cycle shop about Fastrider products.
What installation kit do I need?
For the Yepp Maxi you always need to order the mounting adapter separately
For the classic range you need either a T11 front seat installation kit or aT30 rear seat installation kit, depending on the type of seat. Each seat includes an installation kit. A separate handlebar stem adapter is available for using the seat on a second cycle. If you are uncertain, ask your local cycle shop.
What do I do if I cannot install the seat?
If, after following the installation instructions, you still have problems, please ask your local cycle shop for advice.
